Tetra Tech International Development (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the Program Manager position on the MCC-funded Water, Sanitation, and Drainage project in Timor-Leste.
The Program Manager will provide strategic direction and overall management of the team with the overall responsibility of ensuring that the Water, Sanitation and Drainage Project is coordinated, and activities are sequenced appropriately. The Program Manager will be based in Timor-Leste full time.
Qualifications:
* University degree in engineering, construction management or administration or a related field;
* Qualified Chartered/Registered Professional Engineer or approved equivalent in their country of origin;
* At least 20 years demonstrable experience with program management and delivery of infrastructure projects under FIDIC contracts, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the water sector;
* Demonstrated experience and demonstrated skills in planning, writing terms of reference for procurements, monitoring and reporting in multiple project environments and in the context of a donor-funded development project;
* Managed at least one (1) program in the water sector with a value of over 100 million USD and containing multiple project components;
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
* Prior international experience and experience in working in climate conditions similar to Timor Leste is beneficial.
