Focus on the Middle East Pole
The Middle East Pole is made up of 7 people. The mission of its members is to follow and support the Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Palestine missions.
And what about the Project and Landlord Contract Monitoring Officer in all this?
As a Project and Landlord Contract Monitoring Officer, you will ensure the development of project proposals and the drafting of reports in accordance with the submission and reporting schedule applicable to the division’s missions in compliance with the Association’s procedures for the area for which you will be responsible.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Project Proposals: You will participate in the drafting, substantive and formal revision of new project proposals. You will participate in the preparation of all documents intended for donors within the framework of new proposals. You will monitor the development of budgets for new proposals, in order to ensure consistency with the narrative sections.
- Project monitoring: You will actively participate in compliance with contractual obligations of donors and you will contribute to the production, verification and capitalization of analytical narrative reports for current projects.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Training: You can demonstrate a higher diploma (min. Master 2 or equivalent) in project management.
- Experience: You have similar experience at the headquarters of an NGO or at least 1 year of experience in managing projects funded by institutional donors. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills: You have a working knowledge of humanitarian programs and the project cycle. You have excellent writing and formatting skills in French and English.
- Required skills: You have analytical and reflective skills and are autonomous. You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress, an ability to work under pressure and a sense of humor.
- Languages: Do you speak French and English fluently? This is essential for this position! Mastery of Spanish will be a plus that is greatly appreciated.

PUI will offer you
- Status: Employee
- Salary: 2600 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
- Medical coverage: 100% of the Health and Welfare mutual insurance company
- Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
