Project Assistant [for Filipino Nationals only] At Philippine National Red Cross

Job Description
• Provide Administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient NSD project operations of the PMER Office
• Ensure coordination and effective working relationship with other project staff of PMER Office, relevant NHQ NSD implementing offices, PRC chapters, and other programs/ project partners.
• Monitor the budget and provide guidance to the head office
• Received memos and fund requests (revolving fund, cash advance or payment to supplier) from NSD implementing office
• Prepare and review all documents necessary for processing of payment and/or issuance of funds before endorsing to the American Red Cross delegation
• Monitor and assist the NSD implementers in the issuance of cheques and/or to the requesting project area.
• Prepare travel requests, internal memos, and other PRC NHQ approval as per the advice of the NPC.
• Prepares report for the monthly accruals of NSD expenses
• Receives, reviews, and revises if necessary, project reports before submitting it to the PMER manager and/or NSD project manager
• Maintains file of all necessary documents related to the project implementation
• Support in other PMER administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Administrative and related work
  • Can start asap
  • Willing to work onsite (Mandaluyong City)
