Project Development Internship At Habesha Project

Job description:

This internship will be directly linked to the Project Development team, it will directly support the writing of documents, presentations, manuals and research for financing opportunities. Additionally, he will support administrative tasks such as managing calendars, creating agendas and the correct and orderly safeguarding of documents.

Job specifications:

Full time. In the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Work experience:

One year of work experience, volunteering or internships collaborating with civil society organizations in areas of migration, human rights or vulnerable populations is desirable.

Studies:

Bachelor’s degree completed in International Relations, Political Science or a final.

Masters degree desirable

Language:

Native Spanish or, if you are a foreigner, excellent command of Spanish in your oral, written and reading comprehension skills.

Proficiency in English proven with some type of certification. (TOEFL IBT Score 100 or PBT Score 500, Cambridge First Certificate) Or equivalent to being able to prove a good command of the language.

Computer skills:

Excellent domain of office and Google Drive tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant stakeholders and potential allies.
  • Identify relevant forums and events that can be attended.
  • Assist in the production of material for project development. (Eg. Proposals, manuals, budgets and formats)
  • Carry out research and gather information on matters related to refugee issues, UNHCR, foundations and specific organizations, etc.
  • Assist in updating the radar. (The radar is a file that summarizes the stakeholders of the organization.)
  • Assist in activities related to the monitoring and evaluation of DIMA projects.
