Consultant Profile
Main requirements of the person sought:
- Master’s degree in disciplines related to development cooperation and/or project monitoring and evaluation/project cycle
- At least seven years professional experience in management or evaluation of development projects/programs, with proven experience in rural and agricultural development projects;
- At least four years of professional experience in food security project management or evaluation;
- Excellent knowledge of the Portuguese language;
- Excellent reporting skills;
- Knowledge of the rural context of Cape Verde;
- Previous experience in the country is a priority selection criterion.
