GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The project manager is responsible for the execution of projects executed by different local partners in different parts of the country, including the monitoring of programmatic, financial, human resources and logistics management.
His work focuses on strengthening the capacities of the local partner through accompaniment, joint work and the implementation of the strategy defined with the counterpart. This profile is key in the implementation and strategy of Action Against Hunger in Venezuela and the growth of both the mission and the counterpart.

- Essential university training, with specific preparation in project cycle management.
- Good experience in managing projects with an INGO.
- Conocimiento de las guidelines y procedimientos de los principales donantes humanitarios.
- Sólido conocimiento de la gestión del ciclo de proyecto
- Buena capacidad de escritura de reportes e informes.
- Buena capacidad de construcción de presupuestos y BFUs
- Fuerte experiencia en la creación de conocimiento y formación.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar
- Idiomas: Español e inglés
- Dominio de Windows, imprescindible manejo avanzado de Excel.
- Conocimiento de herramientas TIC.
Nuestro paquete retributivo:
- Base: Caracas
- Tipo de contrato de trabajo: 3 meses con posibilidad de extensión sujeta a desempeño y disponibilidad de fondos.
- Paquete de compensación: se establecerá de acuerdo con los estándares de la misión
