The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year due to parental leave substitution. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.

To proactively help shaping those changes, we need you to join our Digital Transformation Office (DTO) as Project Manager Digital Transformation/Personalized Dialogue to cover parental leave. Our ‘Personalized Dialogue’ project is designed to ensure that we communicate with our donors in a way that is tailored to their needs. We are implementing a range of systems and changing processes and roles of many colleagues to reflect our purposes. Your responsibilities
- You will manage the technical part of the software solutions for “Personalized Dialogue”.
- The project includes the following components: Accompanying the go-live of our Minimal Valuable Products (MVP) and coordinating the hypercare phase, collecting requirements with the business units to expand the MVP, coordinating and leading a team of product owners and service providers, supporting individual technical topics.
- You will structure the agile cooperation of an internal project team consisting of the Digital Service Operations/IT, Fundraising and Communication departments and are the contact person for the service providers.
- Together with your Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project while always keeping an eye on the budget, scope and timeline.
- Communication and transparency are crucial for successful digital transformation: In coordination with the business units involved and your team, you will create and use suitable platforms, training formats and media and keep our Executive Management informed at all times.
Your profile
- Completed master’s or diploma degree and strong experience in project management of IT projects.
- Initial experience with CRM systems and SAP and good knowledge of IT and IT infrastructure(s).
- Experience in agile project management is desirable, especially in managing product owners. Relevant certifications (PMP/PMI/IPMA) in agile project management and Scrum are ideal.
- You are characterized by initiative and see yourself as a go-getter with enthusiasm for digital change.
- You live change and keep calm in hectic project phases. Team spirit, openness and mutual support are lived within our DTO Unit. And we don’t forget to have a good laugh in between!
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner characterize you.
- Very good spoken and written German and English comes natural to you – our team is very international.
