Project Manager – Education At Tetra Tech

The Position

The position will work very closely with the Team Leader (TL) to ensure that all Program projects and activities are well coordinated in a timely manner, fit-for-purpose, compliant with relevant requirements/policies, and effectively achieve their expected outcomes. Furthermore, the role will provide day-to-day management and oversight of the cadre of coaches, act as the Program’s GEDSI focal point and lead child protection safeguard activities for the Program. The position may require time working inside MoE when needed, to build and maintain the relationships.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a Degree qualification related to Education, Development Studies, Project Management or another relevant field. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management, supporting monitoring and evaluation of program activities, administration, management and maintaining quality systems and records management. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging effectively and sensitively with people of various cultures, disciplines and stakeholder organisations.

This position is locally engaged and reserved for National Citizens of Fiji. The annual salary will be between FJD 85,000 and 120,000 dependent upon the successful candidate’s skills and experience
