PUI works in 10 sectors of’intervention and is distinguished by the implementation of’an integrated approach in its response. This method aims to identify and understand the’ set of needs of people affected by a crisis. Our teams are mobilizing to provide a global response to the’ set of basic needs of populations victims of humanitarian crises in the’ emergency to allow them to regain autonomy and dignity.

Focus on Human Resources Directorate
The Human Resources Department consists of 32 people. The mission of its members is to ensure the HR support of the organization.
What about the SIRH Project Manager in all this?
As a HRM Project Officer, under the responsibility of HRD, in collaboration with the departments of the HR department and the Information Systems department, you will be in charge of the HRIS project, the DAILY administration of the’ set of modules that make up the HR’Information System, as well as potential future’ extension projects.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Daily administration of modules and existing functionalities for the base, recruitment, leave and absence, timesheets, training : configuration of processes in the’tool, daily settings in the various modules, response to difficulties and support requests from users, link with the provider.
- Proposals for’improvements: analysis and control of HR practices and activities carried out by HR teams,’automation proposals to gain in efficiency and/or quality of work, analysis and testing of unused functionalities of HRIS modules and their possible added value, reflections on the implementation of KPI HR in connection with the various activities of the department.
- Training and support of users creation of training content in the most appropriate form (video tutorials, fact sheets, etc.), training/briefing of new users, regular training for users.
- Contribution to projects for the extension of HRIS: active watch on the’evolution of solutions, contribution to the choice of the solution, participation in the deployment of the various projects.
- Link to the provider PeopleSpheres: coordination of exchanges with the customer service and the commercial service of the provider, follow-up of the answers made, follow-up of the improvements of the’tool and diffusion in-house for a good appropriation by the services concerned.

Improve the existing tool and develop the full capacity of our HRIS, enable teams to gain efficiency and share HR information more smoothly.
What you will need to succeed
- Formation
You can justify a higher degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in’information systems and/or human resources management.
- Experience
You have at least 3 years of experience in data management and’information HR systems, ideally in an international NGO (ground and/or headquarters). Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills
You have very good knowledge in data management, a marked interest in’information systems, for the’ optimization of the digital tool and the office automation tools ? This post is for you!
- Qualities required
You are a force of proposal, demonstrate a great rigor, of’autonomy, of organization, of’a good management of priorities. You show dynamism,’adaptability,’an excellent relational and communication facilities, both in writing and orally. You have a taste for teamwork.
- Languages
French and’anglais have no secrets for you? So much the better, it’is essential for this post !

PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3.300,00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, according to experience
Medical coverage: 100% of the health insurance and 50% Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 10€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
One telework policy flexible, based on three modalities.
