Project manager transformation of the establishment offer M/F At French Red Cross

The French Red Cross, an association under the 1901 law recognized as being of public utility, is at the head of 624 health, social, medico-social and training establishments and services . These establishments, dedicated to care and support, aim to give those supported the power to act again. The 2030 strategy of the French Red Cross intends to make these establishments essential places for the resilience of populations .

Within the Deputy General Directorate in charge of the development of the establishments of the French Red Cross (DGaE), the mission manager for transformation of the offer and associated economic models plays a structuring role in translating the promise of the Cross French red at the heart of each of its 624 establishments, in close collaboration with several of the seven professional sectors (early childhood, child protection, elderly people – home, people with disabilities, health, Red Cross skills, fight against exclusions).

This involves defining and deploying ambitious, realistic and sustainable offers, for the benefit of those supported, such as caregivers and French Red Cross volunteers, as part of the continuity of the strategic work already started. .

All of this work will be carried out in conjunction with the management of the business sectors on the one hand and the support functions concerned.

Mission 1 – define and deploy readable, visible and differentiating offers in establishments

■ Co-construct offers:

⇨ meeting the needs of beneficiaries and professionals

⇨ in line with public policies

⇨ singular

⇨ aligned with the strategic commitments of the Red Cross

⇨ realistic and sustainable, in particular from an economic and social point of view

■ Deploy these offers at the heart of establishments

⇨ Co-build the offer deployment plan

⇨ Develop monitoring and management tools for the transformation of the offer

⇨ Coordinate and support the deployment of the transformation of the offer

■ Represent this work in impactful deliverables (notes, powerpoint presentations, etc.), both in substance and form

Mission 2 – Ensure the economic robustness of the transformation of the offer

■ Co-build robust and manageable associated economic models

■ Contribute to the search for funding dedicated to the transformation and to the transformation deployment plan

Desired start date

You have :

■ in-depth knowledge of at least one of our sectors

■ excellent mastery of the qualification processes and variation of unique offers

■ excellent mastery of co-construction approaches

■ very good command of project management

■ excellent qualities of analysis, synthesis and restitution of key deliverables

■ very good interpersonal skills to get on board and create a positive dynamic

■ knowledge of the design and management of robust economic models is a plus for your application
