Tetra Tech International Development (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the Project Manager – Wastewater Collection position on the MCC-funded Water, Sanitation, and Drainage project in Timor-Leste.
The Project Manager – Wastewater Collection will have overall responsibility for the monitoring and oversight of the design and construction activities for the contracts in the wastewater collection system Activity of the Water, Sanitation and Drainage Project. The Project Manager – Wastewater Collection will be based in Timor-Leste full time.
Qualifications:
* University Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
* Qualified Chartered/Registered Professional Engineer or approved equivalent in their country of origin;
* At least 15 years demonstrable experience with managing designs and supervising the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure;
* Specific experience in the delivery of at least one (1) FIDIC Red or Yellow Book water sector project in the last seven years of at least 75 million USD in contract price;
* Demonstrable experience in the use of FIDIC 1999 Conditions of Contract (Certificates of Training a plus);
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
* Prior international experience and experience in working in climate conditions similar to Timor-Leste is beneficial.
