Recruitment Agency/Consultancy Firm to support the Recruitment of a National Director At Habitat for Humanity

1. Background

2. Objective

• HFHI is seeking a highly qualified and experienced recruitment agency or consultancy firm to support the recruitment of a National Director.
• The consultant will play a vital role in ensuring a robust and efficient recruitment process to identify the best candidate for this position.

  3. Reporting

The recruitment Agency/consultancy firm will work closely with the HR Director

4. Minimum Experience

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the HR consulting field mainly in Recruitment and selection, with both local and International Non-Governmental Organizations
• The Consultant/Agency should have experience in head hunting for critical roles within local and International Non-Governmental Organizations.
