DOTWUK are looking for an energetic, personable and dedicated Recruitment and HR Officer to join the busy HR team on a 4-5 month FTC (which could potentially be extended or made permanent).

This individual will support the ongoing demands of the team and organisation, and assist in delivering efficient HR support to the organisation. This position will be supported by a strong HR Admin Volunteer.

Main tasks will include: – Management of HR and Recruitment inboxes – Recruitment; management and coordination of the entire process for staff and employees – Monthly payroll report for Finance (including any changes, pensions, new starters and leavers) – Monthly annual leave and sick leave report for SMT – Issuing and requesting references – Organisation of HR drive and folders – Management of the volunteer database of all current, on hold and leavers (services staff and volunteers) – Onboarding for Trustees/ new members of the Board

Location Flexible Hybrid-working. The successful candidate will have the ability to work from the office in Canary Wharf (One Canada Square, London E14 5AA) and from home.
