Context
Under the Manila Human Resources Operations – Recruitment Unit, the selected candidate will support the ongoing recruitment monitoring and evaluation.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (Bachelor’s level) or be enrolled in a graduate school programme in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field. Recent graduates (<1 year) are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- Some knowledge of Human Resources Management is an asset;
- A strong background in data and analytics. Experience working with databases, database queries/analysis. Experience with pivot tables and data visualization is required.
- Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
- High level of computer literacy, excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work well within a team from varied cultural backgrounds;
- Proven ability to produce quality work accurately and concisely within set deadlines;
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced knowledge in Excel
- Ability to prioritize and work independently;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
