Know our team

Nutrition International’s HR team is a dedicated global team of human resource experts. The team manages the day-to-day operations as well develops and implements HR programs, policies and practices that support the achievement of our corporate strategy and drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. We are located in Ottawa and in our regional offices in Asia and Africa.

About you

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline and 5+ years progressively responsible experience in a full life cycle recruitment. You are someone who has a successful track record in filling difficult positions in niche areas and maintaining high quality satisfaction of hiring managers and candidates. You are well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a diverse office environment.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement a global large-scale recruitment strategy and plan to support Nutritional International’s current and future talent acquisition requirements and goals.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, advise on job descriptions and ads, and provide timely and high-quality support throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, priorities and constraints.
  • Lead and manage the entire life-cycle recruitment of Nutrition International to fill vacancies at head office and in international field offices in a timely and efficient manner. This includes all aspects of recruiting from job description development to advertising, sourcing candidates, shortlisting and selecting, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers and onboarding.
