Focus on the Recruitment & Career Service
The Recruitment & Career Service is made up of 14 people. The mission of its members is to recruit international personnel deployed in the field, across all of our areas of intervention (5 distinct geographic centers), to offer them HR monitoring throughout their mission and to anticipate their next contract in a career management logic.
And the Recruitment Manager in all this?
As a Recruitment Manager, you will be in charge of supporting the recruitment of expatriates for all assignment areas.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Recruitment of expatriates: You will be responsible for receiving, formatting, disseminating, updating and deleting recruitment advertisements on the appropriate distribution channels. Depending on needs, and by delegation from the Mission Human Resources Managers, you will completely manage certain expatriate recruitment processes. You will be in charge of active recruitment on professional social networks and continuously feeding the pool of candidates for expatriate positions. You will participate in school relations and employment forums. You will develop and distribute the HR newsletter (“Fil Rouge”) to members of the pool.
Cross-functional activities: You will participate proactively in the reflection and constant improvement of HR policies, procedures and tools (updating, evolving, creating, etc.). You will contribute to cross-functional HR projects, as well as possible inter-departmental projects requiring an HR vision.
The challenges that await you:
1/ Provide global support in terms of international recruitment to the 5 HR Managers in our different geographical areas (Africa, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Latin America, Syrian Crisis) 2/ Provide specific support in terms of recruitment on job openings linked to the emergencies of current crises
What you will need to succeed
Formation
Training in human resources management, mobility management and/or psychology will be appreciated.
Experience
You have experience in a similar position at the headquarters of an NGO or professional experience of at least 2 years in recruitment. Humanitarian experience in an international NGO and in the field will be highly appreciated. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
SKILLS
You are able to manage a complete recruitment process, from the expression of the need to the promise of employment to the selected candidate. You know how to conduct a selection interview and validate a candidate’s motivations and transversal skills. You show empathy and practice active listening. LinkedIn has no secrets for you? Required qualities
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness, adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.

PUI will offer you
Status: Employee
Salary: 2700 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
