IRW is currently recruiting for the position of ‘Recruitment Officer’ to join its dynamic HR Team. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Officer supports the organisation on a high-quality end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition alongside enhancing the candidate experience.
The Recruitment Officer will ensure the IRW Recruitment website and social media is updated on a timely basis with new vacancies and relevant information. The postholder will also support the active engagement and networking with the wider community by attending recruitment fairs and events as well as meaningfully engaging with recruitment agencies, job board organisations and other external organisations.
The successful candidate must have or be:
- Working towards CPP/CIPD qualifications or equivalent or part qualified. (Recruitment related experience may also be considered in place)
- Proven experience in HR or providing a variety of broad recruitment services in a large organisation
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution
- Proven ability to engage effectively with internal managers, candidates and other stakeholders.
- Able to work on own initiative with awareness of boundaries, escalating issues in a timely manner
- Proven ability and experience to work towards achieving targets and objectives.
- Ability to respond to a dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and HR software
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high quality in ones work
