NRC is looking for a Regional Head of Health, Safety & Security (HSS) to join the Asia, Europe and Latin America (AELA) Regional Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work across varying countries and contexts across the globe as the lead technical resource on health, safety and security risks and crisis management. What You Will Do
- Global HSS Management System implementation.
- Strategy and budget development and implementation.
- HSS context regional overview and security development.
- HSS risk management of staff, assets, operations, and reputation.
- HSS risk management culture endorsement and implementation.
- Risk management compliance at country and regional level.
- Crisis management capacity development.
- Technical guidance provision on specialised issues.

What We Offer
- Oslo, Norway duty station, preferably.
