  • We ensure the proper development of key processes in people management: vacancy planning, attraction, compensation and benefits, integration, performance evaluation, detection of potential and development, motivation and engagement of teams, as well as the measurement of their impact.
  • We provide technical and strategic expertise to managers for proper management of their teams.
  • We promote the well-being of our staff through the implementation of specific policies.

Main activities:

  • Monitor and technically support the work of the HR coordinators of each assigned country to ensure the correct management of their teams.
  • Accompany the implementation of the people management strategy of the assigned countries
  • Monitor the area’s KPIs to identify potential difficulties and be able to proactively propose measures.
  • Contribute to ensuring proper compliance with missions and take corrective measures to promote work automation.

Does this description fit you?

  • Knowledge related to people management and related processes
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in similar positions. Field experience highly recommended.
  • Spanish and French. English highly valued.
  • Clear results-orientation and high organizational capacity to ensure compliance with the strategy.
  • Good communication skills and empathy
