Contract Duration: Ongoing ICA – Open-ended, subject to organizational requirements, availability of funds and satisfactory performance.
Type of Contract: This contract is established in the form of a Regular Monthly Contract, that is, a continuous presentation of the services required during the contract period, making the payments associated with the contract at the end of each calendar month
What will your tasks be?
The Regional Infrastructure Advisor will be responsible for representing all aspects of the practice within the LAC. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advisory services and portfolio development
- Training and capacity development
- Provide technical knowledge and quality assurance
- Practical contribution and knowledge sharing

What are we looking for?
- An advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent) is required, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction management, or any area relevant to the duties.
- A university degree (bachelor’s level) relevant to the position is required with an additional 2 years of experience to the minimum required may be accepted in lieu of the university degree advancing.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in management or development of infrastructure projects or programs is required.
- Experience in providing expert advice to infrastructure projects as an expert consultant, external advisor, or similar.
- Experience in design or design management of infrastructure projects.
- Experience in social infrastructure or transportation projects, including complex projects.
- Spanish and English language proficiency is required.
