Here’s where you come in:

As Regional People & Culture (HR) Advisor, you are an integral member of MEER P&C’s team and is responsible to support the MEER Regional P&C Director in aligning the P&C Business Objectives across the MEER Offices. You will partner with the P&C Field Office Leads and MEER Senior Leaders to ensure that the P&C strategies are aligned and ensure that the goals and priorities of the Region, the WV Partnership and Our Promise are met.

Additionally, you (with coordination of P&C Field Office Leads) will advise and support Office Senior Leadership Teams in all elements of the employee life cycle including employee relations, and risk mitigation through identification of current and future people implications. You will also ensure that MEER P&C function delivers a value-add service to management and employees.

Requirements include:

  • University Degree in Human Resource Management, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership and consultation skills.
  • Proven record in collaborating, influencing and interacting with Senior Leaders.
  • English language is required.
  • Arabic Language will be considered an advantage.
  • The preferred locations for the position to be based are Cyprus, Jordan or other locations within MEER (Middle East/Eastern Europe) to be determined by home country of successful candidate in a jurisdiction where WVI is registered to operate.
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 20% within MEER.
