Assignment :

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, your role will be to ensure the proper accounting and budgetary management of the countries making up the region.

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Provide technical support in financial management to countries.
Advise and support the Mission Finance Departments in the accounting field.
Provide, in coordination with the OFM Service, support to the Finance Departments of the countries on the use of the software(s).
Ensure the quality of the budget management of the countries.
Control and validate the financial reports according to the delegation scheme.
Guarantee the accounting compliance of the countries.
Check the data and write the corrections to be implemented in the mission accounts (feedback), and contribute to the capitalization of errors and difficulties encountered.
Monitor the feedback, classify the monthly accounting files and control them according to the ACF accounting framework.
Contribute to the proper performance of audits in conjunction with the other actors in the audit process in the financial areas.
Control the implementation of ACF procedures and formulate, where appropriate, recommendations on corrective measures.
Contribute to the action plans of his region, operations, and the development of financial management frameworks and policies.

Profile:

You hold a BTS Accounting with 2 years of experience and/or a Master II from a business school.
You master the principles and procedures of general and analytical accounting. You also have knowledge of the principles and rules of budget management.
You master the contractual rules of donors in financial management. You have knowledge of cash management. You have knowledge of accounting software such as SAGA and/or UBW
Organized, rigorous and diplomatic, you know how to listen and are able to adapt quickly.
You appreciate and are motivated by teamwork. Experience in humanitarian work would be a plus.
Experience within Action Against Hunger in accounting within a Pool would be a real plus.
Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated executive – CDI – full time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
