The “Red Cross Competence” sector:

In the field of training alone, the training sector of the French Red Cross, called Croix-Rouge Compétence, is deployed through 11 regional departments which have 60 training establishments spread across the whole of France (metropolitan France and overseas).

Each year, more than 17,000 people are trained in 30 health and social professions through initial training and apprenticeship or validation of acquired experience, more than 90,000 trainees in professional training in the fields of health and social and health and safety at work, and more than 1,500 people are supported in the prequalification process (discovery of a profession, refresher training, establishment of a professional project).

Red Cross Hauts-de-France Competence:

The Red Cross Competence of Hauts-de-France has 21 training establishments spread over 8 geographical sites. Our team of 180 permanent employees supports, prepares and trains more than 8,000 students and trainees each year. Our training sites have state-of-the-art educational equipment (simulation room, driving simulator, documentation center, etc.).

Discover your future position:

The Hauts-de-France Red Cross Competence is looking for a trainer who can support all of its training institutes in the region.

Regular trips to our Douai – Lens – Arras – Béthune sites depending on reinforcement needs.

And possibly occasional trips to our sites in Calais – Lamorlaye – Tourcoing.

Your missions:

  • Provide initial and continuing professional training for pupils or students, trainees, with reference to the official study programme and/or with reference to the regulations on continuing training throughout the region and across all sectors (IFSI, IFAS, CRFP etc.).
  • Prepare, lead and evaluate the training courses for which you are responsible;
  • Provide educational monitoring of learners during their course periods and during internships;
  • Collaborate in the evaluation process;
  • Cross-functional missions (on regional projects, etc.)

Also come and take part in rich, supportive and innovative projects which punctuate and enliven the daily life of our institutes: Pink October, Erasmusday, Christmas show for the benefit of associations, etc.

Desired start date: from January 2025

Working hours: Package of 203 working days + rest days + Teleworking possible.
