AIM

  • Under the supervision of the Registration Assistant, the registration roster is responsible for compiling and ensuring the quality of data collection exercises within the framework of the Program, following the donor’s corporate guidelines. The roster will be responsible for updating the registry of people we support, compiling the results survey, and various data collection activities established by the donor.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of this staff will be to support the following activities:

• Carry out data collection according to WFP corporate guidelines.

• Attend training related to the PCE and its different components.

• Attend training sessions on the registration processes for people participating in the PCE.

• Register people participating in the PCE according to dates validated by the registration assistant, ensuring compliance with the procedures established by the donor.

• Ensure the quality of data collected in the field.

• Contribute to ensuring that data collected in the field is correctly uploaded to the donor’s corporate platform.

• Conduct surveys and/or data collection exercises as applicable.

• Comply with the data protection policy established by the donor.

• Manage digital information collection systems according to instructions issued by the donor.

• Timely report technical-operational problems that may arise during registration.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Secondary and diversified training in any area (minimum requirement).

• Experience: minimum one (01) year of work experience, preferably in food programs, social projects or community organizations such as grassroots organizations, neighborhood associations, etc. (must not be a political activist).

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of at least community work is desirable.

• Effective communication.

• Able to lead training and team performance processes.

• Proactivity and empathy.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Interpersonal relationship skills and dealing with the general public.

• Teamwork.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS:

– Piecework contract with payment per day worked.

– On-site work and travel to municipalities within the state of Yaracuy.

– San Felipe – Yaracuy State VNZ
