Responsibility :
-Develop data-oriented systems to meet an organization’s needs
-Developing systems, procedures, and policies for data management in organization-Assisting colleagues in performing data-related tasks
-Collect up-to-date information on the progress of projects implementation.
-Develop forms and tools for data collection and analysis.
-Identify knowledge and hardware gaps in relation to all aspects of data management.
-Design, develop and generate standard reports, visualizations, and ad hoc reports.
-Engage with project team members and develop success stories.
-Ensure that visibility materials are designed and used in a compliant and efficient manner for all projects.
-Conduct public events, such as round tables, lectures, conferences, etc.
-Liaise with other team members in order to obtain timely information and update.
-Contribute to the regular project reporting.
-Liaise with implementing partners and other stakeholders to ensure visibility and relevant information is collected.
-Prepare up-to-date content for all program webpage.
-Manage the program accounts on various social media platforms.
-Develop content and manage social media and other forms of media action plans to establish and maintain relationships with and promote publications
-Working closely with the donor
Requirements:
· Relevant experience working with N/INGOs
· university graduate, ideally management, public relations, sustainable development or another relevant field
· Excellent English written and spoken
· Experience in Data Management
· Good organizational skills and ability to analyse information
· Motivation, creativity and ability to work independently
· Ability to work in a diverse team, managing stressful situations and results orientation
