The Role
Reporting to the Head of Programs, the Reporting/Data Analysis Manager provides technical leadership in all monitoring, evaluations, documentation and data management for the BHA project. They will be the point of contact for Alight’s partnership with Kuja Kuja, ensuring timely data collection feedback from the community is utilized for meaningful action in response.

We do this work through an existing network of Catholic Sisters and the safe spaces they operation. By honoring the work of the Sisters and amplifying the services they provide, Alight helps to build new pathways and narratives for families in El Salvador through livelihoods and protection activities.
Alight has an office in San Salvador and works in the communities of Apopa, La Chacra and Soyapango in San Salvador.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
· Coordinate and oversee the design and implementation of program monitoring systems and databases for supporting the BHA project.**
· Design innovative solutions for communicating our results and impact to our customer with the goal of customer empowerment through access to meaningful information
· Collaborate with data collection partner to design a customized feedback tool to collect qualitative feedback in webform to disseminate across the communities
· Ensure that the data collection tool can also be applied through in-person conversations
· Support the data collection partner in training volunteers on data collection and open conversation methodologies
· Oversee the feedback collected by those who have received dignity kits to understand satisfaction and improvement areas
· On a regular basis, present insights and trends to the Head of Programs and the project team and facilitate a discussion on how to take meaningful action.
· Ensure the safety and protection of community members sharing feedback
· Serve as the primary focal point for all BHA monitoring and evaluation initiatives and work in liaison with partners in indicator measurement, data management and analysis and research, monitoring the evaluation.
· Support senior management and project staff in ensuring time submission of all reporting requirements internal or external.
· Serve as the primary focal point for contributing to the country office of accountability and learning framework.
· Contribute to facilitate cross- learning across the BHA project.
· Regularly conduct analysis of collected qualitative and quantitative data dependent on internal and donor-driven timelines.
· Synthesize learnings from data analysis to inform adaptations in ongoing and future activity implementation.
· Work closely with the communications team to share the impact of Alight’s grant-funded programs to the public through the curation of content that demonstrates our transformation into a 21st century organization and our unique approach to implementation of humanitarian work.
· Assist various testing and optimization efforts by performing analysis of information from multiple data sources to support data informed decision making at all levels.
· Troubleshoot data quality issues.
· Work with partners to develop reports and new visualizations as needed, including semi-annual donor program reports, under the supervision of the Head of Programs
Qualifications
We’re looking for the following education, technical skills, & knowledge:
· 3+ years of data analytics
· Knowledge of NGO systems and procedures desirable
· A Bachelor of degree or higher in Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Management or or a relative field of study or equivalent experience.
· Experience building & delivering presentations.
· Fluency in oral and written Spanish and English is required.
· Hands-on experience working with unstructured data.
· Experience with data visualization tools preferred
· Able to analyze, model, and interpret large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
· Love of innovation and design, a hunger for creating new things, and a desire to mentor, guide, and teach others as they learn to become leaders.
· Effective verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
· Must be willing to travel to insecure communities.
