SEED is holding accountability of maintaining the safety and security of the staff and to secure this SEED needs to buy medical and Group personal Accident Insurance for the staff to Secure their rights and their access to medical treatment. In Kurdistan Region like the other part of the world there is a risk of contingent diseases, infections, and traffic risk is common. SEED staff travel to the camps on a daily basis, work under heat and cold, interact with Refugees, IDPs with different race ages, gender which heightens the risk of being infected by diseases and have traffic accidents.

All bidders must submit all documents listed in Annex A: Table (1). Moreover, all bidders must fill out Annex A: Table (2),(3) and (4).
