Created in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) providing emergency relief and development. SIF acts in strict neutrality, without distinction of origin, gender or religion, and is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest populations in the world.
Secours Islamique France is looking for a Deputy Accountant M / F International Missions for its offices in Massy (91).
Context:
Reporting to the Head of the Accounting and Finance Department (SCF) and under his supervision, you will be in charge of the management of the Accounting Unit of Field Missions. You will carry out the control and accounting validation, from input to the preparation of the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account.
You will be responsible for a team of 4 Accountants International Missions.
Your main missions will be distributed according to the following methods:
- Manager and manage the accounting team of field missions (2 people) and be their technical referent,
- Supervision and monitoring of teams – distribution of tasks – performance improvement,
- Continuous training of teams (training in data entry and control procedures, etc.). Promotion of a culture of management and results,
- Force de proposition : amélioration des process et procédures propres à la Comptabilité des Missions,
- Réalisation ponctuels de sondages et test sur la comptabilité des missions terrains réceptionnés (notamment sur les missions dites « sensibles »),
- Révision périodique des écritures comptables et analytiques,
- Planification et participation aux travaux d’arrêtés et de clôtures des comptes,
- Établissement des comptes annuels de chaque mission,
- Assurer l’élaboration et le respect des procédures financières Mission terrain,
- Assurer le respect des plannings de l’équipe comptable et le suivi de la production,
- Déplacements ponctuels internationaux sur le terrain : former les équipes terrain, effectuer un audit des procédures sur place et préconiser des améliorations si nécessaires,
- Appliquer les orientations de la direction,
- Assurer une bonne coordination avec le contrôle de gestion,
La liste des missions est évolutive en fonction des besoins de l’organisation, non-exhaustive et non-limitative. Le collaborateur pourra être amené à effectuer d’autres missions en lien avec sa qualification.
Profil :
Diplômé d’un bac +5 en comptabilité, avec idéalement 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste à forte responsabilité dont 2 ans en cabinet d’expertise comptable,
Bonne connaissance de la comptabilité à but non-lucratif ainsi que des réglementations des bailleurs,
La connaissance de l’anglais est indispensable et l’arabe serait un avantage majeur,
Vous devrez maîtriser Excel et le logiciel CEGID,
Goût pour le travail en équipe et véritable aisance relationnelle,
Le/la candidat(e) devra faire preuve d’un réel engagement dans le travail humanitaire,
Conditions :
CDI contract with a framework status to be filled ASAP,
5 weeks of CP and 12 days of JRFA per year,
Compensation will be based on your profile. You will benefit from meal vouchers with a face value of 8 euros / day,
Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 80% of the mutual health and provident fund,
