Job Description:
The National Overseas Department employs nearly 550 employees spread across 6 territories (Antilles, Guyana, Reunion Island, Mayotte, New Caledonia and French Polynesia) in 40 establishments, centers and services.
Activities in this territory generate 35 million euros.
Presentation of the French Red Cross in Guyana: In order to respond as closely as possible to the needs of the most vulnerable populations, the action of the CRf in Guyana is part of the 4 strategic axes: Crisis management and prevention, Health and control against addictions, Youth and educational offer, Development of training. The actions of the establishments and the delegation are defined in conjunction with the health and social actors and the public authorities of the territories concerned (Regional Health Agency, Territorial Collectivity, Prefecture and other associations, etc.) in order to best meet the needs of the population. on and to be consistent with the orientations defined by public policies.
Position 1) Accounting, management control and reporting: Guarantee the reliability of establishment accounts and financial and accounting documents in compliance with legislation. Supervise the accounting teams in their organization and compliance with deadlines and procedures. In conjunction with establishment management: Develop establishment budgets in accordance with the strategic choices of the Overseas Department. supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual administrative accounts and forecast budgets. Define and then supervise the writing of comments concerning the establishments’ results. Deploy monthly monitoring of establishments. 2) Treasury – Banking relations: Develop financing plans for Ets, validate cash budgets, monitor and analyze the cash position 3) IT: Support the necessary needs of Ets. 4) General services: Negotiate major service contracts, analyze cost reduction 5) Supervise, lead, coordinate the activity of the team under his responsibility Join us Joining the French Red Cross: It’s joining a large association which works daily with vulnerable people and an inclusive organization which considers the diversity of its employees as a capital asset! Candidate profile
Bac +5 level essential.
You have a course from a major business school, a higher diploma in accounting and management (DSCG) or the professional master’s degree in Accounting Control Audit (CCA).
You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, completed in an expertise firm.
You work in a multi-establishment environment.
With a solid accounting foundation, your flexibility and intellectual agility allow you to appreciate complex environments and perform in them.
Genuine support of the Territorial Director and establishment directors, and support of management control, you will be able to capitalize on your experience to optimize accounting processes and thus contribute to the performance of the Institution.
