BACKGROUND :

Within our Institutional Financing Department ( DFI ), you work within a team made up of 10 people in Lyon and around thirty other collaborators in our national associations. The DFI defines the fundraising strategy with major public institutions ( EU, United Nations, Ministries and cooperation agencies ) to finance operations. It also supports HI programs in the management of the lessor relationship and financing contracts.

As part of the deployment of a CRM tool for managing the lessor relationship and the cycle of institutional funding, we are looking for a ( e ) Deployment charge ( to ensure the implementation of the solution on the geographic perimeter entrusted and to support new users in the handling of the tool.

MISSION:

To achieve this objective :

1. You are implementing the tool deployment plan on the geographic perimeter entrusted :

– Ensure the implementation of deployment prerequisites )

– Animate the training of new users and present the training and support devices available.

– Monitor the recovery and import of data from the new tool and ensure their good integration.

– Contribute to the improvement of the overall deployment framework for the solution.

2. You are processing requests for assistance from new users :

– Classify requests for assistance according to their content and degree of urgency.

– Provide effective support adapted to the IT skills of each user.

– Analyze the evolution of requests for assistance and propose solutions to facilitate the handling of the tool.

3. You organize the transition to current management

– Monitor the quality of the information entered in the tool and propose solutions to reduce errors or omissions.

– Bring back to the Project Manager the needs for improvement or optimization of the tool as well as the good practices and difficulties encountered.

– Finalize the deployment by organizing a closing meeting.

– Participate in the capitalization of the deployment methodology.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

Endowed with at least 2 years of experience in an associative environment, you are familiar with the management of the lessor relationship and the cycle of financing contracts and you have already used ( software solutions, Excel or other tables ) for the analysis of funding from institutional donors. A first experience in training animation is a plus.

Autonomous, you also know how to show initiative and rigor.

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE :

The position is located in Open Space, boxes are made available for more calm if necessary and the workspace is very bright. The station is easily accessible by public transport thanks to its proximity to several bus and metro lines. A parking lot is available. Regarding the building, elevators and access ramps are set up.

POST CONDITIONS:

Type of CDD contract 6 months

Restaurant Titles Card,

Mutual employer,

39 hours per week with 22.5 days of RTT to be taken annually, proratizing according to the length of the contract,

Beneficial telework agreement.
