THE POST.
Context
Bioforce is looking for its head office in Vénissieux (69), its Work Environment and Logistics Manager. Your main missions will be to supervise all activities related to the working environment and the management of the logistical resources of the Bioforce Europe Center.
Activities
Under the responsibility of the Administration and Finance Director, your missions will be to:
- Lead and manage two teams.
- Manage the Bioforce Vénissieux working environment on site and remotely:
Be responsible for the proper management of the real estate portfolio (premises maintenance plan, equipment maintenance, renovation work, optimization of work space);
Ensure the safety and security of the site (single document, evacuation plan, training, regulatory verification, management of on-call obligations, control of entries and exits, implementation of the health protocol, safety commission, etc.);
Manage the organization of Bioforce institutional events (receptions, graduations, institutional start-ups, Open Days, etc.);
Guarantee a quality working environment for employees in person and remotely;
Manage the utility and company vehicle fleet;
Carry out the archiving policy and guarantee compliance with the application of GDPR rules;
Anticipate the needs for computer, telephone and reprographic equipment and installations.
- Contribute to Bioforce’s missions related to the work environment:
Provide support to Bioforce sites abroad;
Lead Bioforce development projects in relation to the work environment.
- Ensure the financial management of the CFBE headquarters and logistics work environment department:
Develop the budget and monitor departmental expenses in collaboration with operational and educational services;
Analyze the operating costs of the organization in relation to the SAF;
Negotiate prices with partners and suppliers.
- Supervise the management and mobilization of logistical resources necessary for the implementation of training activities:
Guarantee the proper functioning of the logistics service of the Bioforce Europe Center;
Ensure the monitoring of materials and resources made available to teaching teams;
Develop collaboration with external partners;
Guarantee the conditions of use and compliance of technical sites.
DESIRED PROFILE.
Knowledge & experience
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in similar positions.
You know the training environment.
You have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Libre Office), IT and property management.
Fluency in English (written and oral) will be appreciated.
You have an interest in the humanitarian action sector.
Training
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of work environment. Your knowledge and/or skills in logistics are a real asset.
Qualities
You are organized, autonomous and responsive.
You know how to demonstrate negotiation skills and you are capable of making decisions.
You have a real team spirit.

Integration date: August 2024
Status: Executive employee, salary according to profile/pay scale, restaurant vouchers, mutual insurance and 6 weeks of paid leave/year
