Oxfam is launching a request for proposal process for:

TITLE: Consultancy to formulate a European project around the theme of Youth and Inequalities for the CERV 2025 Call to foster Citizens’ engagement and participation

OXFAM PROGRAM: OES Youth Program

OBJECTIVE: To present a proposal to the EU of the highest quality in order to access funds.

DELIVERABLES:

1. Work plan: the work plan must be agreed with the formulation team. An analysis of the reference documentation is required and validated by the Donor Lead of Oxfam Intermón.
The work plan must contain at least the information detailed below:
-Initial meeting
-Period of preparation and collection of necessary information
-Writing of the formulation draft in donor format
-Collection of mandatory information to be submitted
-Writing of the final version with all annexes included
2. Draft 1 of the formulation document in donor format and reference to mandatory documentation to be submitted
3. Draft 2 of the proposal in donor format and reference to mandatory documentation to be submitted
4. Final version of the proposal in donor format with all mandatory annexes included, in English

DURATION: Estimated February-April 2025

PLACE: online (Spain)
