IPPF’s is seeking applications from suitably experienced individuals, for the position of Safeguarding and Incident Management Adviser. This role will support two IPPF regions; the South Asia and East and South East Asia and Oceania regions. The position will be based at IPPF’s South Asia Regional Office in New Delhi or its East and South-East Asia and Oceania Regional Office in Kuala Lumpur.
This role is the first point of contact for safeguarding subject matter expertise and the management of safeguarding incidents in both regions and, will be responsible for regional adaptation and implementation of globally agreed safeguarding activities and initiatives and training.
This role receives great support and collaboration from the Global Safeguarding and Incident Management Team and regional colleagues. The successful candidate will bring their ability to effectively balance working autonomously and as part of a global team, to work remotely and undertake some travel. In return, this exciting and fulfilling role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to make a significant contribution to IPPF’s safeguarding work and the protection of vulnerable people.
