Help us by putting your skills to good use! Oxfam is seeking to fill the position of Salesforce Technical and Functional Analyst (x/f/m).

Your place in the organization:

You are joining Oxfam’s ICT team. Your work will be mainly concentrated in Brussels.

As an experienced technical and functional analyst, you join a dynamic team whose objective is to lead a project to replace the current CRM (MS Dynamics) with a new CRM (Salesforce).

Your responsibilities:

  • Refinement of requirements and functional requirements (Present & Future) with business representatives.
  • Verification and monitoring of the technical implementation of requirements.
  • Interface with the integrator for functional and technical aspects.
  • Checking links with other Oxfam platforms (iRaiser / Lightspeed / Website OBE etc.).
  • Preparation of tests and technical testing of delivered solutions.
  • Support for user acceptance tests and monitoring of the resolution of defects (bugs).
  • Preparation of communications for change management among end users.
  • Help with cleaning and preparing for data migration.
  • Search for potential data quality problems and development of a data cleaning plan (with the business)
  • Support of the ICT team in the creation of a data transfer platform
  • Writing user guides (technical).
  • Analysis and creation of business and technical reports and dashboards.
  • Preparation of training materials.
  • Provide training in ICT in the departments concerned.
  • At the end of the project, carry out the handover to ICT and PE.

Your profile :

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role implementing Salesforce CRM. Experience with Findock is a plus.
  • You have at least a diploma or equivalent by experience. (8 years of directly relevant practical experience; approximately 6 years of experience as a functional and technical analyst)
  • You like working in a team but also independently. In addition, you have good communication skills (customer colleagues, management) and presentation skills.
  • You have experience in data analysis, transformation and reporting but also with a data model and its migration from one system to another.
  • You also have experience in monitoring development/implementation with the internal client and the supplier as well as knowledge of the collection of functional and technical requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders as well as a formalization methodology ( ex IREB or others).
  • You have functional analysis capabilities (e.g. UML, BPMN or others) as well as functional testing and acceptance of new solutions.
  • You are fluent in one of the two national languages ​​(FR/NL) and have a working knowledge of the other as well as written and spoken English.
  • You have skills in complex analysis, risk and time management, decision-making and problem solving.
  • You share Oxfam’s values.
  • You live in Belgium.
