Senior Analytics & Insight Manager Location: UK flexible. We have a fantastic opening for a Senior Analytics & Insight Manager to lead the Analytics & Insight function within our Business Intelligence & Analytics team.

The Role

You will manage a team of analytics and insight professionals in the delivery of supporter and campaign analytics and reporting on actionable insight for the fundraising & supporter engagement directorate.

The team works on core, strategic projects delivering value to the organisation through maximising engagement with, and support from, donors, volunteers, customers, and advocates of the British Red Cross. Through working with stakeholders and key partners the A&I team is responsible for delivering meaningful and actionable supporter insights to champion our goal to improve supporter experience and achieve long-term stewardship of our supporters across the fundraising portfolio.

You will play a key role in shaping organisational decision-making through data-driven analysis and ensure analysis drives decisions around our strategy and innovation. You will have responsibility for in-house data analytics and strategic insight projects and commissioning ad-hoc analytics with external agencies.

The role might be for you if…

– You have experience in leading a high-performing analytics team – including developing effective relationships with Product, Engineering, Technology and other cross-functional partners, and guiding data-influenced product planning, prioritisation, and strategy development. – You have a proven track record working with data and carrying out a range of analytical projects that deliver impact. – You have an in-depth understanding of marketing and/or fundraising, including key audiences, platforms, and recruitment channels. – You have expertise in segmentation, machine learning / data mining, financial forecasting, digital analytics, and optimisation. – You can drive change across departmental boundaries through the clear and compelling communication of data-driven insights and analyses.
