Here’s where you come in:

As the Senior Director of Resource Management, you will lead global strategies to optimise resource management, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and supporting diversified growth across the organisation. You will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and managerial responsibility for the Resource Management Team within the Disaster Management Team.

You will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive food, cash and market-based programming, and livelihoods and economic recovery in emergencies operational plan, suitable for humanitarian emergencies and linked to long-term programming and social protection facilitation. You will also provide strategic leadership to the Global School Meal Teams.

Requirements include:

  • A post-graduate degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in humanitarian work, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role in program operations.
  • Proven track record in coordinating large-scale single or multi-country operations.
  • Extensive experience in engaging with donors, governments, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of food, cash, and markets assistance programming in humanitarian and development settings.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 30% of time, including travel to fragile contexts and countries.
