Here’s where you come in:

As Senior Payroll Specialist, you will ensure pay checks are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations which includes US taxpayers and non-US taxpayers. Your focus will be the International Assignee population and you may also be required to support the US domestic payroll for both salaried and hourly employees. You will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to timekeeping, tax payments, and any garnishments or levies for US employees. Your focus on the International Assignees payroll may include processing allowances and deductions necessary for global expat employees across over 50 countries.

Requirements include:

  • 5-7 years of Payroll end to end payroll processing experience with knowledge of multi-state US full cycle payroll(s)​​ and International payrolls.
  • High School Diploma, college degree preferred. General Accounting courses and/or Payroll courses through the American Payroll Association.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll.
  • Strong communications skills along with customer service approach to payroll inquires.
  • Generally Accepted Payroll Practices.
  • Intermediate Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF, Date, Time functions and has used them in formulas.
  • Working knowledge of domestic payroll laws.
  • Experience with expat payroll processing.
  • Experience working with time and attendance data and systems.

For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this role is $72,000 USD to $90,000 USD. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
