Senior Resource Mobilization Adviser At PAE

In accordance with the terms of the Seconded Personnel and Election Observer (SPEO) contract –formerly PAE REACT– with US Department of State, we recruit US citizen experts in Human Rights, Rule of Law, Democratic Governance, Media, Monitoring, Policing, Security, Economic and Environment and others fields as well as elections observers to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

The OSCE Mission in Vienna is seeking a Senior Resource Mobilization Adviser (SEC000332), a middle manager with an advanced degree, 6+ years of experience including 3+ years at the management level. The position requires: a master’s degree in social sciences, public sector or business administration, law, economics, or other related field; an undergraduate degree in combination with 2 +years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a master’s degree; 8 + years of experience in donor relations and resource mobilization in an international or not-for-profit organization; knowledge of resource mobilization; strategic engagement with donors, partners and Governments; working with various funding mechanisms; gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities; ability to work on cross-cutting issues related to security and community outreach; cultural sensitivity and sound judgment, highest professional and ethical standards; flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames.
