Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £20,620 per annum

Probable working pattern….

Three days with occasional weekend work. Wednesday working. Weekend work would be a maximum of one in four weekends. The hours could be split over more days for the right candidate. To be discussed further if invited for interview.

The Health and Crisis Response Team supports people in the space between hospital and home and responds to the needs of people in crisis following an emergency, maintaining an extensive network of external relationships across health, social care, and emergency services.

You’re professional. You can deal with queries in a diplomatic and confidential manner.
You love being flexible. Working hours out with the norm suits you.

Also, you should be the following:

Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent by experience)
IT literate
Full driving licence holder and access to own vehicle
Have a good knowledge of services provided by the NHS and Social Care

The closing date for the role is 11:59pm on Tuesday 14th March 2023 with interviews on 21st March 2023
