The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative (also known as “hulo”) is the first humanitarian cooperative that connects stakeholders and pools resources to optimize logistics and the supply chain. The members of hulo are ACTED, Action Against Hunger, BIOPORT, the French Red Cross, Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion, Intersos, Médecins du Monde, Oxfam Intermón, Plan International, Première Urgence International, Solidarités International, and Welthungerhilfe.
Its objective is to increase the impact of humanitarian aid by strengthening links and solidarity between humanitarian logistics actors and improving performance through the pooling of logistics resources and expertise. and supply chain.

Hulo was created in June 2021, and today its permanent team is made up of around forty people, spread across several countries. JOB DESCRIPTION
Shared Resources is a free mobile application from the Hulo cooperative, which aims to help and connect different humanitarian organizations, in order to create cohesion in the pooling of resources (storage, transport, equipment, training, etc.).
The platform operates on a supply and demand announcement system, with messaging for connection. Users can post and respond to ads. They can also see users around their country of operation.
Within the Information Systems department and under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the missions of the InterNGO Shared Resources Platform Administrator within the Hulo Cooperative are as follows:
- Administer the Shared Resources Platform (back office) and provide user support.
- Support the integration process of new organizations.
- Analyze the use of the Platform, contribute to its dynamics and its continuous improvement
- Contribute to reporting and communication.
YOUR PROFILE
- Prior experience of 2 years in a similar position or in humanitarian logistician positions with experience in administration of digital tools.
- Appetite for digital tools and ease of use.
- Mastery of the logistical processes of humanitarian organizations.
- Fluency in oral and written English and French.
- Very good ability to interact and communicate with multiple and diverse stakeholders (users, organizational contacts, technical teams, other internal services).
- Knowledge of the humanitarian ecosystem (a plus)
HULO WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
A salaried position
- Based in Montreuil in France with the possibility of working remotely.
- Fixed-term contract of 12 to 18 months or COD.
- Salary conditions:
- Gross annual salary: €33,000.
- 21 days of RTT per year
- Mutual insurance 100% covered by hulo
- Transport: 50% of the fixed cost of commuting is covered
- Restaurant tickets: face value of €8, covered at 60% by hulo
- Specific conditions and skills: prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts.
