We are looking for: SharePoint and Power Platform Lead

General Objective :
The SharePoint and Power Platform Lead under the direction of the Head of IT and in close collaboration with MSF SITS (Shared IT Services) provide leadership on SharePoint and associated automation tools related dossier in MSF WaCA. She/he will be expected to:
- Leverage of out-of-the-box SharePoint functionalities to deliver solutions that meets the digitalisation objectives;
- Design, code, test and implement tools for operations automation using Power Platform;
- Administer, manage, and maintain O365 environment;
- Ensure the best possible usability, experience, and security with the Intranet platforms;
- Manage relevant technical staff, consultants, and IT vendors.
Main responsibilities:
- Independently design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure SharePoint solutions using Web-parts, SPFx, Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps, and Power BI applications;
- Provide end-user technical support on every aspect of SharePoint including day-to-day issues regarding SharePoint usage, functionality, application maintenance, and permission management;
- Conduct formal meetings with key stakeholders, to gather, analyze, and translate functional business requirements and workflows into technical requirements;
- Manage IT staff and external IT service providers in relation with SharePoint/Power Platform porfolio;
- Maintain a close collaboration with MS SITS relevant stakeholders for activities synchronization and best practices sharing;
- Liaise with relevant Digital Transformation team members for feedbacks on processes, customer experience, changing business requirements globally;
- Provide L2 and L3 operational support for SharePoint / Power Platform;
- Function as subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint to advocate;
- Build a knowledge base of recurring issues and their resolution or workaround solutions;
- Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation;
- Implement relevant information security and data privacy controls in collaboration with the Head of IT and the Data Protection Officer;
- Ensure sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.

Job Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
- Relevant Microsoft SharePoint official training with an accredited institution (mandatory) / certification preferred;
- Project Management official training or certification (desirable);
- Official training or certification in IT Service Management (desirable).
Competencies / Skills:
- Strong knowledge of M365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps are mandatory;
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure as part of project and support teams with experience of delivering communications and engagement strategies;
- Agility, ability to work with a little supervision;
- Out of box thinker, anticipator and innovator;
- Good written and verbal communications with an eye for accuracy and detail;
- Ability to create workflows using common types of event triggers and conditional flow logic;
- Knowledge of UX design principles;
- Knowledge of application lifecycle principles;
- Knowledge of scripting, HTML, CSS, Power Query;
- Knowledge of Power Apps AI models and builder components (desirable);
- Knowledge of Power platform integration with Dynamics 365 (desirable);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Data Platform (desirable).

Languages skills:
- Fluency in english and french.
