The ERP project, which is currently being implemented within the Purchasing, Logistics and IT Department (DALI) and the Financial and Legal Department (DFJ), aims to improve processes linked to the supply chain and to financial management at MdM France via the implementation of the SAP software package.

This project is part of MdM France’s desire to evolve towards a high level of management of MdM activities and steering, in particular by harmonizing business processes and work practices within a framework of “digital and organizational transformation”.

After a first stage of support for testing in conjunction with business experts, it is planned to launch the deployment phase, consisting mainly of training new users on our missions in France or internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Under the supervision of the head of the logistics service, and as part of the ERP-SAP project, your mission will be to deploy the SAP software package in the area of ​​the supply chain (purchasing and stock management) on our international missions or missions. France.

During the training and acceptance phase, the position will be mainly based at MdM head office.

Secondly, during the testing and deployment phase, you will be required to travel approximately 80% of your working time on our international missions or French missions.

You will have a driving role in the proper deployment of the tool and its monitoring in conjunction with the financial tools deployer trainer.

After user training on SAP at headquarters, including participation in testing (tool testing campaign) in conjunction with business experts, your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Produce and adjust educational materials to be used during deployment in the field in conjunction with the ERP training center
  • Set up and monitor indicators for the deployment phases
  • Be the guarantor of the deployment of the ERP to field teams in the supply chain scope (purchasing and stock management)
  • Make settings related to different needs
  • Provide support to the data manager in data recovery

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Full time
  • Position to be filled as soon as possible
  • Gross monthly salary of 3119 euros
  • Position status: supervisor
  • 13th month equivalent paid in 2 installments – from 6 months of actual work seniority
  • Mutual (60% participation of MdM and 40% of the employee)
  • 22.5 RTT / year
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation / year
  • Restaurant vouchers worth 9.00 euros (60% contribution from MdM) Reimbursement of public transport ticket at 50% Teleworking agreement subject to eligibility of your position: 110 days of teleworking per year (i.e. on average 2.5 days of teleworking per week) with the obligation to work face-to-face at least 5 days per month

REQUIRED PROFILE :

  • Bac + 3 Supply Chain/Purchasing/Logistics or purchasing experience
  • Experience in logistics coordination in a humanitarian environment is an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the supply chain (purchasing, inventory management)
  • Significant experience in supervision and team training
  • Previous experience on an ERP deployment: SAP or equivalent on purchasing/logistics functions as a user would be a plus
  • Ability to coordinate and work in cross-functional groups
  • Rigor and analytical capacity
  • Dynamism and sense of service to users
  • Adaptability
  • Mastery of office tools (Office Pack)
  • Knowledge of an ERP purchasing/stock management modules or equivalent.
  • Languages: fluent French and English, both written and spoken, essential. Spanish is a plus.
