Team leader, biomedical maintenance specialist, biomedical engineering At GFA Consulting Group

For several years, the Health department of the GFA Consulting Group has been a contractor of the GIZ (German Development Agency), for the implementation of the program Strengthening the health system of Togo in the three regions covered by the project: Central region , Kara, Savanes.

The aim of the following project, for which we are preparing an offer , is to increase the number of health centers participating in the national program practicing preventive and curative maintenance. This also concerns the realization of:

**A national maintenance strategy, Maintenance Fund, Maintenance System (**Train those responsible for maintenance at the regional level in the three regions; Define the logistics mechanism of the maintenance system; Strengthen the equipment of the maintenance workshops maintenance; maintenance manual plus capacity building of 440 people)

The project will start around October and will last for 2 years .

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a team leader – biomedical maintenance specialist, biomedical engineering** who will be based in Kara or Sokodé and who will manage the 3 specialists in the 3 regions.

Qualifications required:

• University degree in biomedical maintenance or biomedical engineering
• Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
• 10 years of professional experience in the maintenance sector
• 5 years of professional experience in the field of infrastructure and equipment maintenance in the health sector
• 5 years of management experience in projects, companies or other organizations as a manager performing disciplinary functions for 5 people
• 2 years of professional experience in a country in sub-Saharan Africa and 2 years of professional experience in a country in Asia, Latin America or Europe.
