Your place in the organization:

You coordinate the HR Partners team (5 people), in the HR department. Your work will be concentrated in Brussels and Gent.

Your responsibilities:

  • You organize the team in the execution of HR support tasks to be provided to colleagues and managers and coordinate the collective work of the team in order to achieve strategic objectives;
  • You ensure the constant development of skills within the team;
  • You monitor and evaluate the results, data, processes and delivery of your service, in order to guarantee optimal quality;
  • You optimize services within HR based on data, policies and analytics, in order to support the organization in the best possible way;
  • You yourself take charge of the functions of HR Partner for the assigned departments (HR and Finance);
  • You analyze the needs of the departments in order to obtain a correct image of the opportunities and provide HR solutions;
  • You communicate on the HR service offering and ensure that workers use HR services as intended;
  • You follow HR trends and keep your knowledge of social legislation and labor law up to date;

Your profile :

  • You have a Master’s degree in HR or human sciences or the equivalent by experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with team management.
  • You know how to guide and enjoy working in a team. You also have skills in coaching and conflict resolution. Your behavior makes you an example to others.
  • You have a very good knowledge of regulations, including social legislation, labor regulations, joint committees, etc.
  • You have time management and planning skills, and you have an eye for detail.
  • You master one of the two national languages ​​(FR/NL) and have a very good knowledge of the other.
  • You share Oxfam’s values.
  • You live in Belgium.

  • A gross monthly salary aligned with the NGO sector, namely between €2,999.34 and €5,067.75 for 30 years of seniority;
