The Activity is anticipated to institutionalize and expand sustainable tourism growth to conserve natural resources in the Red Sea. The Activity will work to fulfill this purpose through three complementary objectives: 1) local communities derive sustained benefits from green growth and conservation, 2) the Red Sea is effectively managed consistent with international standards for sustainability, and 3) investment in sustainable tourism is increased.

* Natural Resource Management Policy
* Environmental Protection
* Tourism Marketing
* Infrastructure Development and Investment
* Gender mainstreaming
* Solid Waste Management
* Data Management, Knowledge Management, and Learning
* Project Monitoring and Evaluation
* Project Finance and Administration
Technical Specialist General Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience within the technical area of interest;
* Spoken and written fluency in English, Arabic fluency is a plus;
* Experience working in Egypt or the Middle East is a plus;
* USAID experience preferred;
* Egyptian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
