Functions
- Financial, administrative and accounting execution of the project at the headquarters.
- Ensuring the deployment of technical assistance through the management of the necessary logistics.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting to AECID of the results achieved by each implemented Technical Assistance and Study Visit.
- Financial and administrative follow-up of the contract with AECID.
- In close collaboration with the beneficiary organizations, ensuring compliance with AECID and EU administrative and financial rules during the management and justification of the contract.
- Preparing technical and financial reports of the contract with AECID.
- Managing electronic and physical project file at the CSAI Foundation and keeping it updated.
- Maintaining regular communication and administrative, financial and logistical coordination with the Technical Implementation Unit in Ethiopia.
- Preparation and submission of the financial justification of the project, according to the indications provided by the CSAI Foundation, and any other financial report that may be required, in coordination with the Technical Implementation Unit in Ethiopia.
- Elaboration, for subsequent submission to the European Commission, of the economic and technical – final justification, in due time and form, in coordination with the Technical Implementation Unit in Ethiopia.

Requirements:
- University degree in economics, administration or related degrees.
- At least three years of professional experience in international projects management and logistics.
- Knowledge in using financial and administrative management software and/or financial and administrative management programs.
- Knowledge of international financing regulations, as well as regulations applicable to the management of projects financed by international organizations, such as AECID and the EU.
- Knowledge of regulations on administrative procedures and the Spanish Public Sector Procurement Law.
- High level of English, both spoken and written, equivalent to B2, by experience and/or training.
- Broad knowledge in using Microsoft Office software package.
Merits:
- Additional training in the field of international cooperation for development, R+D+I management, or other subjects of interest for the project.
- At least two years of professional experience in the management of international projects financed by the EU and/or AECID.
- Demonstrable level of English by the corresponding certificate (C1 or higher).
- At least two years of professional experience in the organization of training activities.
- Professional experience in Ethiopia or with projects related to Ethiopia.
- Availability to travel at least once a year.
*If considered necessary by the Tribunal, level tests and interviews may be conducted.
Way to accredit Requirements and Merits.
Necessary documentation to accredit the requirements:
- Copy of the required qualification: University degree and/or complementary training certificate.
- English language certificate, or in a case of not having it, verification/test of the English language will be carried out.
- Work certificate/affidavit: Professional experience. Broad knowledge of office software.
- Documentation accrediting the merits that the applicant wishes to be evaluated.
The presented merits must be owned at the date of the application submission and must be duly documented in order to be evaluated.
Contract characteristics:
– Gross annual salary: 31.440,00 €.
– Duration of contract: until the end of the project.
– Date of incorporation: immediate.
