To carry out statistical data analysis and report writing for baseline and endline studies for Online Safety and Campaigns Project (SHIFT 360 Project) – National expert.
Role Purpose
The objective of the National expert (consultancy) is to carry out statistical data analysis and report writing for baseline and endline studies for Online Safety and Campaigns Project (SHIFT 360 Project).
Scope of the Study
The evaluative studies will be conducted at both baseline and endline to address all relevant indicators in the Logframe. In addition to the generation of values for the endline indicators, the study will examine the determinants of online safety knowledge and abuses experienced by youths. The studies will cover general youths and youths from the target groups, as well as staff of SCI and partners.
The primary audiences of the evaluation studies will be the SHIFT 360 project team, partners, and stakeholders at the national and international levels.
Qualifications and experience
- Doctoral degrees in relevant field of social science for both international and national consultant.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in statistical report writing using simple language for general audiences but maintain statistical standards for professional reporting
- Extensive experience in statistical report writing
- Excellent knowledge and skills in advanced statistical and econometric techniques and able to transfer the statistical outputs in more simple and easy to understand among general audiences
- Extensive experience in conducting advanced statistical and econometric analyses.
The consultancy period:will be divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: baseline survey: December 2021 (15 days)
- Phase 2: endline survey: July 2022 (15 days)
