YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In a human-sized team, and under the supervision of the Training Coordinator, your mission will be to contribute to the deployment and animation of training.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
– Organize face-to-face and/or distance training: you will thus be in charge of organizing seminars and training (Planning, Communication, Reception/Follow-up of requests, Preparation of rooms, Ordering materials, etc.). You will be required to lead the integration seminar for new employees but also to support the deployment of training.
– Participate in transversal files at the request of the Training Manager: you will participate in the organization but also in the participation of specific work meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

You are preparing a Bac + 2/3/4 in Human Resources or Business Management. Ideally, you have already had experience in the field of training organization for at least one year.
You are recognized for your writing, relational and organizational skills. You are rigorous, adaptable, you know how to show initiative and you are comfortable with handling new digital tools. A great motivation for the humanitarian sector, the international environment and for adult education is appreciated.
A good command of the Office package is required (especially Excel) and you have a good level of English (written and oral). Knowledge of Talentsoft and Crossknowledge software would be a plus.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Status: 12-month work-study or work-study contract
Desired pace: 4 days in the company / 1 day in training
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
– Health cover, provident insurance: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: Coverage 50% charge of the package between home and work
– Meal vouchers: 60% chargeable by the association for a value of 8EUR
– 175EUR/year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets
Telework: Open to all and from metropolitan France, our telework policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative time of presence at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the rest of this time working remotely. To this end, it has been defined for this position a mandatory presence at headquarters for 12 days per month. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence during the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
