YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Donor Relations Pole and under the supervision of the Coordinator of the Collection Pole, your mission will be to provide a quality response to donors and to ensure the registration of donations from the association. More specifically, your missions will be as follows :

Contribute to the daily management of the Donor Relation
– Contribute to the response provided to donors and the general public through the various communication channels: telephone, email, mail and others
– Contribute to the carrying out of actions necessary in the database for donor satisfaction in compliance with RGPD standards

Contribute to monitoring operational management and monitoring donations
– Contribute to the response of digitized requests in the digital trash and respond to requests from the full film provider and telephone providers
– Contribute to the monitoring of the different types of donations sent to the Full film provider
– Enter donations internally according to the procedure defined by the Pole ( transfer, corrections, etc. )
– Contribute to the management of the shuttle or any tool containing the collection of the association

Contribute to improving the management of Donor relations
– Contribute to the creation and updating of dialogue or administrative tools for donors
– Contribute to the production of useful documents to be shared with the various departments of the association
– Contribute to the reflection of the practices of the donor relationship
– Contribute to the debriefings of the expatriates to collect testimonies, to feed the content of the answers given to the donors

Carry out support activities for the Donor Relations Division
– Provide support for quantitative and qualitative analyzes of the service’s activity
– Provide support for the documentation of the missions of the Relations division
– Contribute to the visibility of the division with the other services of the Communication department & Development
– Contribute to the loyalty policy of the relationship with donors

YOUR PROFILE

You are preparing a BTS or IUT type training in marketing techniques, sales administration, marketing. You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your rigor, your dynamism and your versatility. You are comfortable with numbers, you have good writing skills and a good level of spelling. You have a sensitivity for the associative environment.
Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel, is mandatory. Fluency in fluent English (oral and written) is desired.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French school establishment
Duration of the Internship: 6 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
– Internship compensated up to the legal minimum hourly bonus (on a of 35 hours per week)
– 21 days of RTT (prorated to the time of presence in the organization)
– Days of absence for exams, university research, etc.
– Transport: Coverage of 50% of the flat rate between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: Coverage of 60% by the association for a value of 8EUR
– 175EUR/year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets
Telework: Open to all and from metropolitan France, our telework policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative time of presence at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the rest of this time working remotely. To this end, it has been defined for this position a mandatory presence at headquarters for 4 days per month. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence during the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
