Focus on the Information Systems Department
The Communication Department is made up of 11 people whose mission is to develop information systems at headquarters and in the field, notably by strengthening cybersecurity.
And the Information Systems Assistant in all this?
As an Information Systems Apprentice, under the supervision of the Information Systems Department Manager, you will participate in the operation of the service.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- IS Projects: You will participate in the design and monitoring of Information Systems projects.
- Support for employees: You will write training materials for the software and applications used. You will put in place procedures for the use of IT tools. You will carry out training on data protection, and you will contribute to change management. You will support business teams in GDPR compliance.
- Application support: You will provide user support for the application park and you will draft the Business Continuity Plan and the Business Resumption Plan for information systems.
- Transversal/interdepartmental: You will develop the Première Urgence Internationale intranet. You will monitor new Microsoft developments and current IT topics.
What you will need to get this work-study program
- Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and prove that you are pursuing a higher diploma, Bac+3 level, in an Information Systems or Computer Science course.
- Experience: Experience working in a team, in an associative environment and/or internationally will be valued. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills: You are proficient in IT and Microsoft Office tools. You have a proven interest in the solidarity sector and you share its values.
- Required qualities: You are curious, dynamic and responsive. You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, rigor, autonomy in your work, and a good capacity to adapt.
- Languages: French and English have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this position!

PUI will offer you
- Status: Employee on professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
- Salary :
Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and diploma
Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and year of apprenticeship
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
- Medical coverage : 80% of the Health and Insurance mutual insurance
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
- Five days off for exams
- A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
